Delete Your Account and Data

You can request deletion without opening the app. Send an email from the address used for your HeadshotAI account to [email protected] with the subject “HeadshotAI account deletion request.”

What to include

Use the same email address you used to sign in.
State that you want your HeadshotAI account and associated data deleted.
If you cannot email from that address, explain why so we can provide a safe verification step.

What we delete

After verification, we delete or permanently detach your account profile, uploaded selfies, generated headshot results, device-linked generation records, and support data that is no longer required. Deleting the app from your phone does not by itself delete this server-side data.

What may be retained

Limited payment, refund, fraud-prevention, tax, and legal records may be kept when the law or a legitimate dispute requires it. Retained records are restricted to that purpose and are not used to restore deleted photos or continue normal product use.

Timing and confirmation

We acknowledge the request, verify account ownership, and complete eligible deletion within 30 days. We send a confirmation when processing is complete. If an active subscription was purchased through Apple or Google, cancel it in the relevant store as well; deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.
