One credit starts a set of up to four results. If the service does not deliver the full set because a provider task fails, the credit is returned automatically and any completed results remain available. You do not need to contact us for that credit return. For duplicate charges, a payment that did not credit your account, or any other billing issue, email [email protected] and we will review it manually.
To request deletion of your uploads, generated results, and account data, email [email protected] — the account page links to the same address. We process deletion requests within 30 days. We do not sell uploaded photos.
One credit creates one headshot generation set of up to four results from one selfie and one style. Paid credits stay on your account and unlock watermark-free downloads. If a charge succeeded but your balance did not update, email us the receipt.
One-selfie generation depends on the input photo. If a result does not look like you, retake a front-facing selfie with even light and no filters before spending more credits. If you believe the tool itself failed, email us and we will check the generation log.
